Kanda thought he had finished Skin Bolic with his final attack, Taboo Three Illusions, however, Skin Bolic is just barely alive and he is half conscious. During this time, he was remembering the time when he was a normal human and how he turned into a Noah after he met the Earl and Road.

While Kanda was on his way to exit, suddenly a lightning strikes Skin Bolic’s body and he was revived back preparing for an attack at Kanda. With his agility, Kanda managed to dodge the attack and he went straight to Skin Bolic with his worn-out sword, however, SKin Bolic body was too tough to be cut with his worn out sword.

Skin Bolic prepared another attack which was bigger than the previous one. Kanda was left with no choice other than draining his life force for another Taboo Three Illusions in order to block the attack from destroying the exit. Skin managed to break Kanda’s sword and thought he killed Kanda, however, he is still alive and using his broken sword pieces, he activated mugen again and sliced Skin bolic into two.

Thoughts

This episode marks the end of Kanda’s fight. It’s pretty decent overall but it could have been better if they squeeze it in one episode instead of prolong it. Starting next episode, it’s going to be the Twin’s Arc: Jasdero and Debitto. Guess who is going to be fighting those two ? well… check it on the next episode ^^.

Both Kanda and Skin Bolic are pretty much on the equal ground. Kanda depends on his speed and attacks his enemy in a close distance, while, Skin Bolic depends more on his power and not as mobile as Kanda. Skin Bolic stays at one place most of the time and attacks Kanda from a distance with his lightning strikes.

The title for this episode, Taboo, Three Illusions, it’s taken from one of Kanda’s moves that he uses in this episode.

Thoughts:

Well… I can’t really complaint about this episode since I enjoy it a lot after a quite disappointment from the previous one. Actions……actions…….. and a lot of actions. Did I say actions ^^? I couldn’t ask for more, couldn’t I ? ^^;. If you see the preview of the next episode, feel free to skip some part of it since it talks about Skin’s Bolic past in general. Some people may like it, some may not.

At the end of last episode, Episode 76, Allen’s group arrives Skin Bolic room. Kanda takes the initiative and tells the rest that he will take care of Skin Bolic alone and to go ahead to the next level. Allen obviusly disagrees and won’t let Kanda off the hook easily. Since they refuses to leave, Kanda is left with no choice other than to attack them with his innocence….. for real…. This is a funny momment. Allen and Co. gets attacked by their own friend, Kanda. After a lot of arguing here and there, Allen and the rest leaves Kanda to take care of Skin Bolic after Allen is persuaded by Lenalee.

Outside the Noah Ark, Marshall Tiedoll and the rest of exorcist are still fighting the Giants, although, Marshall Tiedoll does not seem to have too much problems dealing with the Giants with his innocence despite of being out numbers.

On the other place inside the Ark, Tyki and Road are watching the fight of Kanda and Skin Bolic.

Back to inside the Noah Ark, Kanda and Skin Bolic’s fight is about to begin. So far they are dead even. Who will triumph ? you have to watch it by yourself ^_^.

Thoughts:

This is the start of a long Noah Ark’s arc so be prepared to get bored……. or not. This episode is equal to Chapter 92 for the manga version. Note that I have read the manga up to the latest one because I couldn’t wait to know what will happen on the next episode. Personally I would rather this episode consists only Kanda and Skin bolic fight so the story can progress much faster for those who haven’t read the manga yet. It’s a waste to show the fight between Marshall Tiedoll and the Giants (Giants killing another Giants…. yah that’s exciting >.>) and also some scenes with Tyki and Road watching the fight.

The Noah Ark’s arc is pretty long in the manga so I am guessing there will be around 20 to 30 more episodes to finish this arc.

So D.Grayman episode 76 is out by Shinsen-subs last week. This episode is equal to chapter 90-91 for the manga. For those who don’t like spoilers, you might want to stop reading now ^_^. Continuing from last week episode, Lenalee was sucked into a portal to Noah’s Ark by Lero ( the umbrella thingy) so Allen tries to pull her out but he gets pulled into the portal too along with Lavi, Kanda, Krory, and Chaoji.

Not long after they are gone, a cube like object appears on the sky which is apparently a Noah’s Ark. Inside the Noah’s Ark, Allen and friends are wandering around trying to find an exit which does not exist according to Lero. The Noah’s Ark is falling apart and they only have 3 hours left.

Meanwhile, outside, the exorcist group has to prepare themselves to fight those giants and there are more than just 2. They barely have time to rest due to previous fights. Situation inside the Noah’s Ark is not any different from before, however, suddenly, Tyki appears just before them amd tells them that he knows how to get out of there using Road’s Door. Road is the only one in Noah clan who can travel between dimension so creating an exit is fairly easy for her. Tyki gives them a key to the door and all they need to do is get to level 3 towers for the exit. It seems easy but they only have 2 hours left >.>.

So they decide to take the chance and enter the 1st door. Of course,Skin Boric is already waiting inside and doesn’t seem he is going to let anyone through easily. Kanda takes the initiative to fight Skin Boric one on one despite of objections from Allen and Lenalee. Regardless what the other says, Kanda is going to take on Skin Boric by himself.

Enough about me and my sickness, lets talk about D.Grayman Ep 75 : Clown and Auguste. A quick sneak peek from last episode, Lenalee is about to get pwned by Millenium Earl and Allen appears at the last minute to stop him. Lucky her, eh ? ^^. Soon after Allen and Earl engage in fearful one on one battle. Earl turns his umbrella into a big sword (hint: one of the exorcist will get similar sword later on ;p ).

After a while, Allen uses his Cross Grave attack on Earl, however , it has no effect on him. Earl laughs and says that they are going to continue their fight some other time; soon after, Earl throws a big ball of energy which causes a big explosion. Once the smoke from the explosion disappear, Earl and Noah are nowhere to be seen leaving the exorcists clueless.

The exorcists uses this time to heal their injuries and recovers. Lenalee is finally awake after being saved by Allen and she couldn’t be more happy to find out that Allen is still alive and thank him for all his effort to save Suman. Marshall Tiedoll recommends for the rest of exorcists to retreat since there are not many exorcists left in the world ,however,Allen and the rest want to keep moving forward. Tiedoll has no way but to accept their will.

The next day, everyone is preparing and getting ready to start their journey. In the middle of preparation, Lero creates a black hole and tries to suck Lenalee into it.
