@trixoptics: It may or may not be a prank. At least the person has a valid email address, phone number and website. It’s hard to tell unless I decided to sell it.

I get a couple of people wanting me to write on their blog company site and others who wants to exchange link and recently someone wanting to advertise on my blog. Nothing serious like someone buying my site lol. But then again I don’t have a domain like yours ^^;

Those online website calculation worth aren’t always accurate, they’re just there to give you an estimate..

But yeah if you do want to sell you should do it at a webmaster forums.. to avoid scam/etc
