This is a truly awesome news for Narutards Naruto fans out there. Apparently Crunchyroll just landed another partnership with TV Tokyo for streaming Naruto and Gintama on the same day they air in Japan. The main reason for this partnership is to combat piracy.

I, for one, don’t mind paying couple bucks to legally own a copy just like I did with Blassreiters, Towers of Druaga, Strike Witches and Kurogane no Linebarrels. it’s the least I can do to support the series and it’s cheaper than buying DVDs (NA version) on certain situations. How about you guys ?

Oh, I hadn’t heard about Gintama being on there, yay. So, will they have the first episodes subbed too or just what’s currently being aired? It’d be nice to watch the other episodes…

@Panther: LOL. It would be even more funny if it actually says that.
@Rin: Licensing procedures and copyrights are very difficult matters apparently. It will be a while before Gundam will be streaming on Crunchyroll but it’s going there for sure.
@Larein: totally depends on what both parties are agreed to.
OOH narutards will be happy like hell!
