Gonzo releases Blassreiter and The Tower of Druaga Worldwide.

I am not sure if you are aware of this already but I just found out that Gonzo releases both of them on streaming sites: youtube,crunchyroll and bosttv.

You can even donate to crunchyroll and download the episodes. This is crazy.

Blassreiter and Tower of Druaga are up to episode 2.

This is a great news for people who watch fansubs like me and the death of anime DVDs in USA lol.

This is bad news for the people who run the anime dvd world. Nowadays, the sales in anime dvd’s have been dropping. It continues to drop due to fansubs and stuff. Also it’s due to the over priced dvd. It would be better once in a while buy them and hope they lover the price…

Well, we can expect that there will be more things similar to what happened to Geneon USA. Personally, I buy DVDs once in a while for the series that I really like but the price always prevents me from buying more. In addition, I would rather to spend my money on figures >.>

On the contrary, I hope more companies follow what Gonzo did. If you can’t prevent it, might as well be part of it, right ? ^_^
