Newtype USA announced that February 2008 issue will be their last. This is a huge blow for me since I just recently subscribed for a year early this month, /sigh. I highly doubt that I can get money back and they most likely will subscribe me to a new magazine called PiQ at which I have no interest on it. If only I had found out about this sooner, I definitely won’t subscribe :S. I luckily stumbled into one of Dannychoo.com’s post about Newtype USA , otherwise, I will be waiting for my Newtype USA magazine for years. Maybe I can dispute it with my credit card company and get a refund because technically, Newtype USA doesn’t exist anymore and the new magazine, PiQ, is a separate entity from ADV and Newtype.
